You just opened your new gym, but you’re not sure how you are going to floor it. Your gym floor is 100’ x 100’ and using tiles would take forever and a lot of manpower. And you ain’t got time for that! Not today! What solution do you have to floor your new gym?

Rolled flooring is the perfect flooring solution for any large commercial gym or office space. Our rolled flooring comes in set widths in various lengths. We offer rolled flooring in rubber and vinyl in many colors and patterns. Our rubber rolls are very popular in commercial gyms and oddly shaped rooms. It is a lot easier to floor these spaces in a reasonable time frame with minimal manpower. Installation of our rubber rolls is very easy and cleaning and maintenance is simple. Vinyl rolls are popular in commercial offices, hospitals, home kitchens and garages. Vinyl is a durable, non porous floor that can be easily installed and maintained. These rolls feature patterns that look and feel like real wood, stone, tile and everything in between.

Rubber Rolls

For our gym owner, rubber rolls would be the best solution to flooring his 100’ x 100’ gym. That is one HUGE Gym! Rubber rolls are very popular in commercial gyms because they are easy to install and maintain; Plus, it is much harder for ‘gym rats’ to accidentally move a roll compared to tiles. Our rubber sheets are available in several colors from your standard black to our ever so popular Coffee Creek. Our rubber rolls are available in several thicknesses:

5mm - High traffic areas - not recommended for gyms.
1/4” - Make for basic home gym and exercise rooms.
8mm - Very durable rubber for commercial and home gyms.
3/8” - Most common thickness for commercial gyms and is a millimeter thicker than our 8mm
1/2” - Ultra durable rubber designed for extreme use.

Rubber rolls are very easy to install. There are a few installation methods. To determine the best installation for you, we need to check out where and how you’ll be using these bad boys.. For home gyms, loose laying the rolls or using double sided tape will be enough. For commercial gyms and high traffic areas, gluing the rolls is typically the preferred method. Double sided tape can be used in commercial gyms, especially if the space is a rented space, but glue is typically the best in these environments. Rubber sheet flooring is very easy to clean and maintain. For minimal dirt, a broom or vacuum will do the job just fine. For stuck on dirt, a mop with a synthetic mop head is best. You will want to use a mild soap and water solution.

Vinyl Rolls

Our vinyl rolls are available in several sizes and thicknesses and are great for commercial office spaces, hospitals, garages, and home kitchens. These rolls are non porous, which makes them very easy to clean and sanitize. Our vinyl rolls feature several patterns and colors, from natural wood, to stone, to tread plate and everything in between. Vinyl rolls can be installed loose laid, with double sided tape or adhesive. A loose lay installation would be recommended for our fiberglass-backed vinyl sheet rolls and our vinyl-backed rolls. For added hold, we suggest using double sided tape or a pressure sensitive adhesive. Felt-backed vinyl sheets will need to be glued down. For areas where a homogeneous floor is required or desired, heat welding or sealing of the vinyl floor can be done. All of our rolled vinyl flooring is resistant to mold, mildew, soiling, and staining.

Garage Vinyl Rolls

Our vinyl rolls designed for garages have been constructed to withstand the harsh environment of, you guessed it, a garage. These rolls are available in several patterns and colors in many sizes. These vinyl rolls are resistant to mold, mildew and most household and vehicle chemicals. Our garage rolls are very easy to install. For most installations, we recommend loose laying the vinyl rolls. They are heavy enough to withstand the daily ins and outs of a vehicle. For all of those NASCAR wannabes, we suggest the use of double sided tape or a pressure sensitive adhesive for added hold. These rolls are very easy to clean and maintain with the use of a broom and hose.

Gym Floor Covers

Our gym floor covers are vinyl sheets designed to protect floors from lions, tigers and bears. Whoops, we aren’t in Oz. These floor protective covers are meant to protect floors from foot traffic, chair and table legs, and other venue sets. These covers come in different sizes and weights, each very easy to install and remove. Just roll out the covers and then use vinyl tape at the seams to hold them together. This ensures no liquids or debris get under the covers. Our gym floor covers are mold and mildew resistant and very easy to clean and maintain. Simply sweep the covers of any large debris and mop up any stuck on stains.
