After we have received your product, we will complete a quality inspection. Refunds are issued 3-7 business
days after the product has been received by the warehouse in good, resalable condition. This guarantee applies
to all our Rubber Flooring Inc family of products.
**This policy does not apply to all custom made, made to order or special-order products, including
products, overstock, discontinued items, underlayment, and all sundries which include: flooring adhesives and moisture control
TWP, decking fasteners, trims and moldings unless the product is defective. The inherent characteristics of
flooring allow for some expansion and contraction, and color shades may slightly vary. Due to this, we
accept returns for color and thickness variations, unless the flooring is off more than 1 mm in thickness
colors are substantially different.***
Returns over 30 days may incur up to a 25% non-negotiable restocking fee; a 10% non-negotiable restocking fee
is assessed for all exchanges. All unapproved or returns missing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number may be refused upon delivery, resulting in you incurring additional fees and return shipping costs.
