We ship to any home or business within the United States. Small orders ship FedEx or UPS ground. Larger orders ship LTL (Freight), which includes free liftgate service in most areas and curbside dropoff.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email before delivery, so you can see where your order is at any time. Most tracking numbers will display tracking details within 24-48 hours, so don't be alarmed when you first check if tracking details are not there yet.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

How is Shipping Cost Calculated?

Flooring isn’t exactly a lightweight product, which is why it can cost a pretty penny to ship. Our shipping rates depend on two things: the weight or size of your order and the distance it has to travel. The heavier or size of your product and the further it has to travel to get to your address, the higher the shipping rate will be. To keep our prices as low as possible, we source from multiple delivery companies to ensure you get the very best deal.

Curbside Delivery
  • Freight carrier secures larger shipments to a pallet in most cases and delivers to your address
  • Shipping company coordinates delivery date and time frame with you
  • Shipment is delivered at the edge of the property or "curbside"
  • Shipping company does not physically move or carry the product at the time of delivery

  • Delivery drivers leave your shipment on, or close to your doorstep
  • In most cases, you may manage your delivery options when you access your tracking number online, such as holding at a place close by if you won’t be home.

What to Expect When Your Order is Delivered

  • Someone needs to be present at the time of delivery to inspect the shipment and sign off on it.
  • If you ordered curbside delivery, know that the driver will not unload the shipment into your home or doorstep but will be leaving it at the edge of your residence.
  • In the extremely rare event, there is damage or missing pieces of your order. Please detail the damage on your proof of delivery and if possible, it is also highly recommended you or your representative take photos or videos of the damage, then contact us at 800-613-0996 as soon as possible.

Q) How long will my delivery take?
A) Orders shipped via FedEx typically arrive about two days after they leave our warehouse. Most items shipped LTL(Freight) typically arrive within 3 to 7 days after leaving our warehouse.

Q) Will all of the products arrive at the same time?
A) Accessories may arrive separately from your flooring order. We try to time your order as closely as possible so that everything arrives on the same day, but we cannot always control it.

Q) Flooring is heavy! How do I get it inside?
A) LTL (Freight) includes liftgate service in most areas that will drop your pallets curbside. We suggest getting your installer or a few burly friends to help get everything inside.
