Installed the floors in October '21 and have held up well so far. A few tips: 1) Follow the installation instructions and start in the corner and build out per the instructions. 2) These tiles are thinner than others and cut easily with a three step process. a) Measure how much you want to cut off, and draw a line using a straight edge. b) Hold firmly on a cutting surface, and score the tile deeply with a utility knife. Then bend the tile along the scored edge, and then make a final cut and break the piece off. This was by far the most time and energy efficient method. I'm still impressed with how each piece fit together so well. A few were more sensitive to warps in my floor vs my neighbor's floor who used the 2'x2' tiles. Mine looks more unique, his looks more industrial. The tiles do change with temperature. Hotter days means they may be softer, colder days, they are more firm. I'd recommend installing on a day not above 80 and not below 30. Tires may stain a bit, but nothing different than any other tile. Easy to clean up with a cloth and cleaning solvent. These decorative Slate tiles do seem to have a different texture and the light grey may show more signs of stain than the darker colors most notably from kids roller blading and coming to skidding stops in the garage. Very happy with them so far, hope to update after the summer and see if there are issues with expansion. I don't anticipate. The days in the teens have not shown minimal contraction if any and no shifting. Overall very pleased. Do consider the color pattern and I'd recommend buying a few extra pieces for future use if there are issues with staining.

Tiles go down easily as love that you can lay tem in an offset staggered/brick pattern. I love the way they look. The issue I have is when the sun hits them they become very soft and actually lose thier shape. You cannot use them as a floating floor and every tile needs to be glued down.
