The carpet tiles arrived on time and included clear instructions. The quality of the carpet is very good and the attached padding gives a more plush feel than the average carpet tile.

Absolutely love these carpet tiles. Super easy to install and takes no time at all to do. I do wish they weren’t so expensive, as it costs a lot to fill a small room. The shipping took a little longer than expected as well, but they get the job done great.

These tiles are awesome and once down they look amazing. The tutorial shows someone cutting the tiles very simply with a razor blade, however in actuality they are very very hard to cut. I finally just used really sharp scissors and that worked better but takes a toll on your hand. Overall these carpet tiles are a solid 4 stars.

They did not have the color I wanted in stock. Customer service worked with me to get me a color that was a satisfactory replacement. The tiles laid down perfect. Make sure you follow the arrows in the back and everything should work out fine.
