These tiles are a final sale product so no warranty applies. However, these are composite deck tiles that will last you years to come and will withstand winters, snow, and summers alike. They may get slippery if snow accumulates on the surface. However, once the snow melts, these tiles will allow water to pass through. The construction on the back is checkered, screws can be adjusted.
How do you adjust these tiles to fit odd shaped areas

You may use a sharp tile cutter or a hand saw to cut the tiles to fit them in the areas as needed.
