How will this hold up for our office breakroom?
Adventure II is a great option for a high traffic office breakroom. The planks are finished with a 22mil wear layer and are perfect for commercial spaces.
Can an underlayment be used with this flooring? I know it has a thin cork backing but I'm wondering if using an additional underlayment will void the manufacturer's warranty. Thanks.

Typically using underlayment with additional underlayment does void manufacturer warranties.
Can the Adventure II flooring be put on a screened in porch that isn’t climate controlled?

We wouldn't recommend using these planks in areas that are not climate controlled.

Is Adventure II acceptable to use in a seasonal home that gets winterized and has no heat for the winter?
Post-installation temperature should be maintained between 65 °F - 85 °F (18.3 °C - 29.4 °C).
