Description - Lightweight and portable, this rollout fitness mat is the perfect addition to any floor exercise routine. At a convenient 3’ x 6’ size, these mats are easy to roll out in the home or on the go, and roll back up for storage when not in use. Available in many color options, the durable nonslip surface is constructed using the same high quality vinyl surfacing as our popular home wrestling mats. Easy to use, clean, and move from space to space, this is the ultimate fitness mat.

Recommended Uses – Portable Fitness Mats have been used successfully for residential fitness applications and for a variety of exercises.   • Fitness mats are very easy to clean. Each mat is constructed of durable closed cross-linked polyethylene sports foam with a tough vinyl top surface.
  • If the mats get something spilled on them or appear dirty, all that is needed to clean them is to do a quick wipe of the mat with a damp cloth and your wrestling mat will look like new.
  • Fitness Mats are very easy to install. The built in flex rolling system makes it easy & quick to roll each mat out for use and then roll it back up when finished for convenient storage.
  • These portable and lightweight mats can be rolled up and easily transported, making them suitable to be installed in virtually any room or practice space quickly and without fuss.

I am looking for a mat or padding that I can install on an incline board. The board is just under 15" wide and 72" long. The FlexFit Mat would work if it can easily be trimmed to the correct width. Please confirm if this mat can be trimmed effectively to accommodate this narrower width.

You can Trim the FlexFit Home Fitness Mat to any size desired. You can use a saw or bread knife to cut this material.
I'm just now getting into jump roping. Do you think it will hold weight and not be too plush for jumping?

Our FlexFit Home Fitness Mat is great for plyometric exercises such as jump roping. These mats are not too plush for this. The type of foam used is not super squishy and is more firm to better provide the proper shock absorption when working out.
Looking for something that will allow the foot to pivot doing kicks for MMA but will not break down when doing HIIT workouts (squat jumps, plyo lunges, etc.) and light weight work. Is this mat capable?

Our FlexFit Home Fitness Mats are perfect for practicing MMA and also doing HIIT training. This mat was built with both fitness and gymnastic-like exercises in mind. The top surface of the mat is made with a very durable vinyl piece that will still give you some grip even when wet. The foam backing under the vinyl is very shock absorbent and will give you ample shock absorption while doing HIIT exercises.
I'm looking for a mat that I can use on top of a flatweave rug without it slipping or damaging the rug. Will this do the trick? Also, what is the mat's diameter when rolled up?

Our FlexFit Home Fitness Mat can be used on top of a flatweave rug without slipping. As long as the rug is secured, there shouldn't be any movement. The rolled-up size of the different sized mats can be found in the description section on the product page.
I am looking for a mat that I can place on a concrete garage floor for TRX training. Which is more ideal for cushioning--the 1 inch foam MMA mats or the 3/4 inch FlexFit Home Fitness Mats?

When choosing between the Flexfit Home Fitness Mat and an interlocking mat like the 1" MMA mats, there is going to be one big difference: storage. These two mats both offer incredible padding for home workouts but the FlexFit Home Fitness Mat will roll up and be stored out of the way while the foam tiles will need to be disassembled first.

This is exactly what we wanted for our home gym during this time. I don't think we will go back to the gym:) We bought the FlexFit mat in Gray 6x4″. It is the perfect size for yoga, meditation and stretching. Really nice surface that wipes clean and perfect depth for cushioning. The color is nice in an indoor room. Gratitude for this purchase!

This is a great mat. It has just the right amount of firmness and is not slippery. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is that there is a slight rubbery odor that I pick up when laying down and stretching.
