120% Price Match Guarantee
RubberFlooringInc.com will not be undersold. Our employees shop our competition
daily to ensure we have the best prices for the best floor and mat products available
online. However, if you get a quote or find a price for the exact same product,
we are confident we can beat it.
Here's how it works:
Or please feel free to call, email or fax our friendly customer service staff in
order to send in your quote and allow us the opportunity to win your business.
Once you provide us with a competitor's quote or notify us of a lower advertised
online price, we will research it and, if determined to be the exact same
product, provide you with a quote to beat their price with the new price match
guarantee price. The 120% guarantee is calculated by taking the difference between RubberFlooringInc's
delivered sale price, and the competitor's delivered price and then multiplying
the difference by 120%. So say our delivered price is $100, and their delivered
price is $90, we would take the $10 difference, multiply it by 120%, and reduce
your price by $12 to give you a final delivered sale price of $88.
Not only will this ensure you receive the best price possible for the best products,
you will also have the peace of mind knowing you are working with the #1 provider
of rubber flooring in North America and the most trusted rubber flooring site on
the web as evidenced by our accreditation by the Better Business Bureau.
RubberFlooringInc.com prides itself in having the best customer service, best product,
and best prices in the industry. We have been proudly featured on such respected
home improvement television shows as ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, HGTV
and DIY; each recognizing our ability to help homeowners get the best flooring to
meet their needs at the lowest prices.
Sales Tax
Most Rubber Flooring, Inc. customers enjoy the benefit of being able to order their
products tax free. Since we are based in Arizona, we are only required by law to
collect sales tax on orders shipped to our own state. We will not impose a sales
tax on any orders outside of the state of Arizona unless such taxes are imposed
on internet sales by law.
Some states may require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of
the year in order to report all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and
to pay taxes on those purchases. Details on state sales/use tax policies can often
be found on the websites of each state’s respective taxing authority. Starting March
1, 2010, a new Colorado law began that may require our company to provide an end-of-year
summary of purchases to our customers to assist them in filing out their state tax
return. We will not send out end of year statements to CO customers unless we receive
a personal request from the customer. We will not send any transactional details
to the Colorado Department of Revenue without notifying our CO customers first and
unless specifically requested by the state. For more information about the new Colorado
law, please call the Colorado Department of Revenue at 303-238-7378.
