Warranty Rubber Flooring, Inc.’s recycled rubber flooring is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If the rubber flooring is found to be defective under normal conditions for a period of five years from the date of receipt, Rubber Flooring, Inc. will at its own discretion, replace the defective material or issue credit not to exceed the selling price of the defective goods. This warranty does not cover installation costs and/or other related expenses. Once flooring has been installed or cut to fit for installation, it is no longer returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check all flooring products prior to installation. If unused flooring is approved by Rubber Flooring, Inc. to be returned, the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee and be charged for return shipping. Any defect determined by Rubber Flooring, Inc to be caused by misuse, improper installation or customer negligence, will not be covered by this warranty. In addition, Rubber Flooring, Inc and all of its owners and employees will not be held liable under terms of this warranty for any value that exceeds the original purchase price of the order in question.
Color Disclaimer Please be sure to order samples before placing your order if you have any questions about whether the color you want to order is the correct fit for you. Monitor colors vary dramatically by manufacturer and lighting environment you're in. For this reason, we cannot honor our satisfaction guarantee on colors for those who did not previously order color samples.
Order Cancellations and Changes We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. We send your order directly to the manufacturer to ensure prompt production and delivery of your Rubber Flooring. Most orders may be changed within the first 24 - 48 hours for no additional fees; however certain items instantly go into production and may incur a fee to change. Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours for a minimum 10% transaction fee. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.
Free Shipping Free shipping is only available in the continental 48 states on select products that state free shipping. For shipping outside the continental 48 state, please contact RubberFlooringInc.com for a shipping quote that will be added to the order in question.
Shipping Disclaimer At RubberFlooringInc.com, all orders will be shipped using common carrier freight. The trucking companies who will be delivering your goods only deliver during normal business hours. As such, to make it as convenient for our customers as possible, we have made all 24 call notices of delivery free of charge. We only ask that the customer request the service in the comment section in their order. As an added convenience, we have also made lift gate delivery service free of charge as well as long as it is also requested in the comment section of your order. The reason we have elected to offer this convenience is that the flooring can be heavy. To calculate a rough estimate of the total weight of your flooring order, an easy way to do it is to remember that 1/4” thick flooring weights approximately 1.7 Lbs. per square foot and 3/8” thick flooring weighs approximately 2.2 Lbs per square foot. This is why we also recommend you break your roll orders up into smaller roll sizes to be more manageable. It is not the delivery driver’s responsibility to unload the flooring for you. If the flooring cannot be delivered due to the customer’s inability to unload the rubber flooring or if the customer is not available to unload the rubber flooring when it arrives and the flooring has to be scheduled for redelivery, the customer will be charged a redelivery fee. If the customer would like to have an inside delivery scheduled, that is available as well for an extra fee. Please contact RubberFlooringInc.com for an inside delivery quote if you would like this service. Note: Inside delivery only guarantees that the flooring is delivered inside of the first door. Upon receipt of material, it is also the customer’s responsibility to note any damage that may have been incurred during shipping on the bill of receipt and to get the delivery driver to sign and acknowledge the damage on the bill of receipt as well. A copy of the bill of receipt must then be sent to RubberFlooringInc.com so that we are able to formally file a shipping complaint with the trucking company.
Privacy At Rubber Flooring, Inc. your privacy is extremely important to us. Any information shared with RubberFlooringInc.com will only be shared with those needed to process, produce, and ship your order. We will never share your information with anyone else for any reason.
Personal information we may collect In general, you can visit RubberFlooringInc.com without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. However when you place an order you will provide us with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information will be retained in our database along with your order. If you pay with a credit card your card number is deleted from our secure database once your order has been processed.
How we may use the information we collect We only use your personal information to process and fulfill your order(s) or respond to your requests. If you place an order we may need to contact you if additional information is required. We will not share this information with any outside company or agency unless compelled by applicable legislation. You may choose to subscribe to our e-mail list to be notified of special offers and to receive our newsletter. We will not sell or trade your e-mail address to any third parties and subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
