RubberFlooringInc.com’s recycled rubber flooring is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing
defects. If the rubber flooring is found to be defective under normal conditions
for a period of five years from the date of receipt, RubberFlooringInc.com will
at its own discretion, replace the defective material or issue credit not to exceed
the selling price of the defective goods. This warranty does not cover installation
costs and/or other related expenses. Any defect determined by Rubber Flooring, Inc
to be caused by misuse, improper installation or customer negligence, will not be
covered by this warranty. In addition, Rubber Flooring, Inc and all of its owners
and employees will not be held liable under terms of this warranty for any value
that exceeds the original purchase price of the order in question.
Mat Products (Entrance mats, Anti Fatigue mats, Kitchen Mats, and Exercise Mats)
RubberFlooringInc.com’s floor mat products are manufactured with the highest quality
material and workmanship available on the market today. All of our mats (entrance,
anti fatigue, kitchen mats, and exercise mats) do have a one year limited warranty
as well where we will guarantee our products under normal conditions of use or replace
or refund the cost of the mats at no charge to the customer. The warranty does not
apply to splicing and seaming of mats or use of spikes on foam backed mats and the
seller is not responsible for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the
Furthermore, when placing a mat into service, be certain that the floor is free
of dirt and debris in order to prevent slippage and possible injury. We will not
be liable for any injury resulting from failure to follow proper housekeeping procedures.

RubberFlooringInc.com’s garage floor tiles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing
defects for a period of 1 year following the date of delivery. Our durable Flexi-tiles
(PVC interlocking floor tile) for garage floors also come with a 25 year wear warranty
from the date of installation. If the original flooring has worn through the wear
layer and the flooring has been properly installed and maintained, RubberFlooringInc.com
will replace the worn out flooring at its cost in the affected room or area, subject
to a charge to the customer to reflect a pro-rated discount for the age of the flooring.
These warranties do not apply to the following:
1. The exact matching of shade or color.
2. Tears, burns, cuts, or damage due to improper installation, improper use, or
improper cleaning agents or maintenance methods.
3. Labor costs for original or replacement materials.
4. Problems cause by moisture in the sub floor.
5. Installation with adhesives other than those recommended.
6. Only black tiles are suitable for outdoor use.
7. Fading and or discoloration of the tiles resulting from heavy sunlight exposure.
8. Garage floor tiles not installed or maintained as recommended by Rubber Flooring,
Our rolled vinyl garage flooring is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects
in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of five
years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any abuse, misuse,
neglect, or alteration of any type. In addition, RubberFlooringInc.com is not responsible
for defects resulting from improper installation or use beyond design capability.
This warranty also does not cover surface stains, burns, cuts, tears, scratches,
indented damage from rolling loads, damage or discoloration from adhesives or floor
care products not recommended by RubberFlooringInc.com. This warranty also does
not cover fading due to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or damage due to alkaline
and acidic compounds. This and all warranties at RubberFlooringInc.com are non transferable
and all warranty claims notify Rubber Flooring, Inc. of any possible manufacturing
defect within 60 days of purchase.
Soft foam tile products include a one year limited warranty. We guarantee our products
under normal conditions of use and will replace or refund the cost of the product
at no additional charge to the customer. This warranty does not apply to splicing
and/or tearing of the foam flooring from the use of spikes, high heels, and or any
other heavy and/or sharp objects used on the tiles and /or mats. RubberFlooringInc.com
is not responsible for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the soft tiles
and will not cover any installation costs relating to a warranty issue. Furthermore,
when placing a foam mat or interlocking soft tile into service, be certain that
the floor is free of dirt and debris in order to prevent any slippage and possible
injury. RubberFlooringInc.com will not be liable for any injury resulting from failure
to follow proper housekeeping procedures or for users who use the tiles in any manner
that may be deemed unsafe. Frequent cleaning under the tiles / mats and of the top
surface of the EVA foam floor covering products is also required to maintain warranty
and a safe environment. Foam tiles may have some slight variations in color and
thickness between tiles. The inherent characteristics of foam allow for some expansion
and contraction and color shades may slightly vary. Due to this, we cannot accept
warranty claims for color and thickness variations unless the tiles are off more
than 2mm in thickness or if colors are substantially different.

We will do everything we can to help you make any changes to your order. However,
many of our floor products ship the same or next business day which means that if
your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make the desired change without
additional fees. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.
Free shipping on select items is only available in the contiguous
48 states. For shipping outside the contiguous 48 state, please contact RubberFlooringInc.com
for a shipping quote that will be added to the order in question.
At RubberFlooringInc.com, all orders will be shipped using common carrier freight
or small package carriers like FedEx or UPS at our discretion. The trucking companies
who will be delivering your goods only deliver during normal business hours. As
such, to make it as convenient for our customers as possible, we request our carriers
provide 24 hour call notices and will provide lift gate delivery service free of
charge when available. To receive the free lift gate service please select that
you do not have a loading dock when checking out. It is not the delivery driver’s
responsibility to unload the flooring for you. If the flooring cannot be delivered
due to the customer’s inability to unload the rubber flooring or if the customer
is not available to unload the rubber flooring when it arrives and the flooring
has to be rescheduled for delivery, the customer will be charged a redelivery fee.
If the customer would like to have an inside delivery scheduled, that is available
as well for an extra fee. Please contact RubberFlooringInc.com for an inside delivery
quote if you would like this service. Note: Inside delivery only guarantees that
the flooring is delivered inside of the first door.
Since inventories are not static,
all delivery dates shown are approximate and IncStores.com shall have no liability
for any delays in delivery. All freight or shipping charges are the responsibility
of the consignee (i.e. buyer). All incidental and accessorial charges incurred by
third party shipping firms, including, but not limited to, address change, re-delivery
charges, storage fees, inside deliveries, white glove service or any other services
added by the consignee or their agents are the responsibility of the consignee (i.e.
buyer). IncStores.com is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments
or damaged freight by the freight carriers. However, we can assist you in processing
claims if you follow some simple steps. Upon receipt of material, it is the customer’s
responsibility to note any damage that may have been incurred during shipping on
the bill of receipt and have the delivery driver to sign and acknowledge the damage
on the bill of receipt as well. A copy of the bill of receipt must then be sent
to IncStores.com so that we may formally file a shipping complaint with the carrier.
If damage is found after delivery; i.e. manufacturer defect or hidden damage not
readily apparent when removed from the truck, it MUST be reported within 1 week
of delivery in order to qualify for replacement. Said replacement, once determined
to be the fault of RubberFlooringInc.com, will be shipped using common carrier freight
or small package carriers like FedEx or UPS at our discretion and at no charge to
the buyer. RubberFlooringInc.com cannot be held responsible for buyers time lines
or any other charges incurred while awaiting said replacement. Freight deliveries
will arrive, in most cases, in a full size 42 Ft tractor trailer truck, (such as
long haul trucks you might see on the freeway system). It is the customer's responsibility
to notify RubberFlooringInc.com at the time of order if your delivery location has
potential limited access issues. In the event the truck cannot reach your location
or cannot turn around in your area. Any and all re-delivery charges incurred will
be billed back to the customer if delivery is attempted and cannot be completed
because of unknown limited access issues. This delivery is considered a curbside
delivery only and will be delivered to a location at your address that is acceptable
for a tractor trailer at the drivers discretion.
