Warranty

Rubber Flooring, Inc.’s recycled rubber flooring is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If the rubber flooring is found to be defective under normal conditions for a period of five years from the date of receipt, Rubber Flooring, Inc. will at its own discretion, replace the defective material or issue credit not to exceed the selling price of the defective goods. This warranty does not cover installation costs and/or other related expenses. Once flooring has been installed or cut to fit for installation, it is no longer returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check all flooring products prior to installation. If unused flooring is approved by Rubber Flooring, Inc. to be returned, the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee and be charged for return shipping.


Recycled Rubber is manufactured from recycled materials and slight variance in shade and color chip dispersion is normal. It is the installer’s responsibility to inspect all products to ensure the correct style, thickness and color. Any moderate to severe discrepancies should be reported immediately before beginning the installation.Any defect determined by Rubber Flooring, Inc to be caused by misuse, improper installation or customer negligence, will not be covered by this warranty. Products warranty shall not cover dissatisfaction due to… slight shade variations or shade variations due to exposure to direct sunlight. In addition, Rubber Flooring, Inc and all of its owners and employees will not be held liable under terms of this warranty for any value that exceeds the original purchase price of the order in question. All custom sized entrance mats, anti fatigue mats, and kitchen mat products are non returnable.


Mat Products (Entrance mats, Anti Fatigue mats, Kitchen Mats, and Exercise Mats) Rubber Flooring, Inc.’s floor mat products are manufactured with the highest quality material and workmanship available on the market today. If you are not satisfied in anyway, you may return any and all unused mats for a period of up to 21 days following your purchase. To do so, please call us and ask us for a return authorization. The following conditions of return for our entrance mats, anti fatigue mats, and kitchen mats do apply:

  • The return of any unused mats will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible to set up and pay for the return shipping. The shipping addresses can vary depending on which of our manufacturing facilities made the product so please call us to verify return shipping address.
  • Used mats cannot be returned.
  • If mats arrive to the customer damaged or the wrong quantity or colors are shipped to the customer, we will fix the error at no cost to the customer.

  • All of our mats (entrance, anti fatigue, kitchen mats, and exercise mats) do have a one year limited warranty as well where we will guarantee our products under normal conditions of use or replace or refund the cost of the mats at no charge to the customer. The warranty does not apply to splicing and seaming of mats or use of spikes on foam backed mats and the seller is not responsible for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the mats.

    Furthermore, when placing a mat into service, be certain that the floor is free of dirt and debris in order to prevent slippage and possible injury. We will not be liable for any injury resulting from failure to follow proper housekeeping procedures. Frequent cleaning under mats is also required to maintain warranty and a safe work environment.


    Rubber Flooring, Inc.’s garage floor tiles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year following the date of delivery. Our durable Flexi-tiles (PVC interlocking floor tile) for garage floors also come with a 25 year wear warranty from the date of installation. If the original flooring has worn through the wear layer and the flooring has been properly installed and maintained, Rubber Flooring, Inc. will replace the worn out flooring at its cost in the affected room or area, subject to a charge to the customer to reflect a pro-rated discount for the age of the flooring. These warranties do not apply to the following:

  • The exact matching of shade or color.
  • Tears, burns, cuts, or damage due to improper installation, improper use, or improper cleaning agents or maintenance methods.
  • Labor costs for original or replacement materials.
  • Problems cause by moisture in the sub floor.
  • Installation with adhesives other than those recommended.
  • Only black tiles are suitable for outdoor use.
  • Fading and or discoloration of the tiles resulting from heavy sunlight exposure.
  • Garage floor tiles not installed or maintained as recommended by Rubber Flooring, Inc.

  • Our rolled vinyl garage flooring is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of five years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any abuse, misuse, neglect, or alteration of any type. In addition, Rubber Flooring, Inc. is not responsible for defects resulting from improper installation or use beyond design capability. This warranty also does not cover surface stains, burns, cuts, tears, scratches, indented damage from rolling loads, damage or discoloration from adhesives or floor care products not recommended by Rubber Flooring, Inc. This warranty also does not cover fading due to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or damage due to alkaline and acidic compounds. This and all warranties at Rubber Flooring, Inc. are non transferable and all warranty claims notify Rubber Flooring, Inc. of any possible manufacturing defect within 60 days of purchase.

    Order Cancellations and Changes
    We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. We send your order directly to the manufacturer to ensure prompt production and delivery of your Rubber Flooring or Mat products. Most orders may be changed within the first 24 - 48 hours for no additional fees; however certain items instantly go into production and may incur a fee to change. Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours for a minimum 10% transaction fee. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.

    All custom cut entrance mats, antifatigue mats, and kitchen mat products are custom cut and therefor not returnable or cancellable once they have been manufactured.



    Free Shipping
    Free shipping on select items is only available in the continental 48 states. For shipping outside the continental 48 state, please contact RubberFlooringInc.com for a shipping quote that will be added to the order in question.



    Privacy
    At Rubber Flooring, Inc. your privacy is extremely important to us. Any information shared with RubberFlooringInc.com will only be shared with those needed to process, produce, and ship your order. We will never share your information with anyone else for any reason.

    Personal information we may collect
    In general, you can visit RubberFlooringInc.com without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. However when you place an order you will provide us with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information will be retained in our database along with your order. If you pay with a credit card your card number is deleted from our secure database once your order has been processed.



    Product listings

    RubberFlooringInc.com strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained on the website. Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, RubberFlooringInc.com shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.



    Inspect your shipment before signing

    It is the receiver’s duty to inspect the visible portions of the product at the time of delivery. If damage is found upon receipt from carrier:


    You must note the damage before accepting shipment! Writing “Damage” on the delivery receipt is not acceptable. Specific notation of damage to the carton and/or product is required. If you signed for the carton without notating any damage on the delivery receipt you have signed the goods as “Free and Clear” of damage. If you choose to allow the carrier to drop the shipment with out a signature, you have accepted the goods as “Free and Clear” of damage. A notation of “Subject to Inspection” or “Possible Damage” on the delivery receipt is not acceptable and is viewed the same as if it were signed “Free and Clear” of damage. If damage is not specifically notated on the delivery receipt, the delivering carrier will not accept responsibility for the damage. That means that we will not be reimbursed for the damaged merchandise and/or freight charges; therefore, we cannot provide replacements to you free of charge. You will be responsible for any replacement costs.



    If damage or defect is discovered after unpacking/unwrapping your product that was NOT previously visible at time of delivery:


    It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check all flooring products prior to installation. It is the installer’s responsibility to inspect all products to ensure the correct style, thickness and color. Any moderate to severe discrepancies should be reported immediately before beginning the installation. Call Rubberflooringinc.com at 800-613-0996. DO NOT INSTALL ANY PART OF THE DAMAGED PRODUCT! Once cut to fit, glued or taped down, damage will be assumed to have been caused during the installation process and therefore, we cannot provide replacements to you free of charge. You will be responsible for any replacement costs.



    All orders will be shipped using common carrier freight or small package carriers like Fed Ex or UPS at our discretion. The trucking companies who will be delivering your goods only deliver during normal business hours. To make it as convenient for our customers as possible, we have made all 24 hour call notices, lift gates of delivery free of charge. We only ask that the customer request the service in the comment section in their order. As an added convenience, we have also made lift gate delivery service free of charge as well as long as it is also requested in the comment section of your order.

    If you requested Lift Gate and Residential delivery the driver will unload your flooring but is not required to bring into house or garage. If a commerical deilivery with no lift gate it is not the delivery driver’s responsibility to unload the flooring for you.
