Extreme flooring for extreme workouts and extreme(ly hardcore) people!
If you are running, jumping, burpee-ing and jumping rope along with other plyometric movements, you and your floor need some extra protection.
High impact flooring is thicker and more shock absorbent. It is built to handle the abuse of heavy weights and plenty of traffic. When you need the ultimate flooring protection for your floor and your joints, we recommend 3/8”, 1/2”* and higher.
To cover a large area with flooring that will stay in place for plyometrics, side to side movement, and lots of action, rubber rolls are where it’s at! Our high quality, USA made, ⅜” and ½” Impact Rolls are perfect for high impact, plyometric workouts.
High impact rolls are less dense and more resilient, giving your joints maximum cushion to keep you healthy and happy. They are also super reasonable priced. Like, you can get them at about the same price point as the traditional 8mm rolls.
You can also go with the wood series or designer series for some added perks like a wood look and colorful design options. These specialty rolls will run you a little more money, but they look sharp and have lots of great qualities to offer.
Ready to get started? Find the high impact rolled rubber floor for you.
**Note: If you will be dropping heavy weights, we do not recommend the ⅜” Impact Rolls; these rolls are better for plyometric exercises.
HIGH IMPACT FLOORING INSTALLATION
- • Loose lay
- • Tape down
- • Glue Down*
*For glue down, you may consult a professional, but DIY is still doable.
THE BEST SUB-FLOOR FOR HIGH IMPACT FLOORING
Any concrete, low pile carpet, hardwood, ceramic or porcelain tiles, or even on top of
compacted dirt. It is important that your subfloor is leveled to ensure safety and a flat
surface for workouts.
**Note: Dark rubber can stain light carpets, vinyl and some hardwood. Easy fix! → If you
are laying the products on top of an existing floor, we recommend getting a plastic
sheet to place in between the rubber and your current floor.
