  Great for fast paced workouts

We've been using our mats in the basement for about a month now and we love it. We do T25 and Insanity workouts and they provide great support for the knees and cover a good portion of the floor. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the runner mat does start to shed and can get everywhere.

Love love this mat!! It is the most functional mat out! I can do all of my intense training P90x3, weight training, with great support on my feet, joints an back. It is also great for Yoga an Pilates. It is a great size plenty room to move around!
