Bought for my daughter's virtual dance classes. I called and spoke with customer service about the texture of the floor and was told that this is a smooth floor. This is not a smooth floor so I returned it. Paul in customer service was extremely helpful returning the product, but the company will not help with shipping charges. Be sure you want this floor when purchasing. The least expensive shipping I could find was $56/box. If you're not looking for a smooth finish, this floor is nice.

After spending a few weeks trying to find the perfect floor to turn my unused upstairs family room into a virtual fitness studio for my online classes I was leading during covid, Dancetrax is what I decided on. Not only is the look amazing, but it was easy to put together ourselves. I put it on top of carpet and although it would probably be ideal to put it on a hard surface, it still works great without issues.

I purchased a 5 by 5 size. I was able to install it on my own after I got the hang of it. The edges add a nice finishing touch. I am using the dance floor to practice tap at home during the Covid crisis.

The floor is perfect, it's held up well after a few weeks of tap shoes. I think the mat will last a long time.

The tiles snap together and are quality. Happy to see they are made in US.

I liked that the rustic wood type of color had the edging to match. It was a soft touch but looks really professionally done.
