Shaw Floorigami Dynamic Vision Carpet Plank Reviews

We enclosed our garage to create a tv/game room for guests/kids. We choose 3 different color carpet planks to create an interesting pattern and allow for both browns and grey tones to be used in the room. We appreciated the practicality of using carpet tiles in case there are stains or wear and tear of the carpet, we can simply wash and reinstall or replace the tiles. We LOVE the end result and everyone comments on how great the floor looks. Colors pictured: Cubicle, Ground fog, Menswear

We are absolutely loving our carpet tiles! We replaced the carpet in all our bedrooms and it looks great. Installation was no problem, the most difficult part was removing the old carpet. Taking care of spills and/or pet accidents is so much easier with the carpet tiles, just remove a strip, clean per the instructions and replace. Very happy with this purchase!

We remodeled our upstairs hallway and have gotten a lot of comments on the before/after photos. Install was easy and quick, we even ended up using these as stair runners to match and get compliments all of the time! Cleanup is so easy, we have two small kids so being able to take a tile up to clean is so convenient and looks seamless again to lay back down. Thank you!

This is so easy to install a blind monkey could do it. I have a floor with old carpet glue on it that I didn't want to sand off. I taped these planks together from underneath using strips of carpet seam tape and it worked great. They feel nice underfoot, softer and smoother than more expensive brands like Flor, and the overall look is decent. However, the backing is not water proof like Flor tiles. My biggest complaint was that several of the planks were very poor quality with the carpet not going all the way to the edge of the plank so that many were unusable. I just ordered another box in hopes that there will be enough good ones in it that I can replace the really bad looking ones. At a quarter of the cost of the cheapest tiles Flor makes, you can afford to order a box or two extra.

My husband and I have been debating for years over updating our flooring. Did we want to re-carpet, tile, laminate…we just couldn’t decide. The longer we waited the more expensive things got. The cost of installation nearly tripled. We finally decided to go with carpet tiles. I will say that I was nervous about ordering from an unknown internet company. FlooringInc had the best price and the free delivery was great. We ordered over 2,000 sq ft, so delivery was a big consideration. I had much better luck calling the toll free number than getting a response back from email or chat. Everything arrived on time with no damage. The pros: It is easy to install. I am a 58 year old female and I did a couple of the rooms all by myself. This was my first DIY a project and it was very easy. Just make sure you get the lines on the backs of the tiles going the same way. Prepping the floor sucks. Pulling up the old carpet, getting the tack nails and wood up is a chore. Once you get the floor ready you are off to the races. One thing that really surprised us is how quickly we could move heavy furniture on to the newly laid carpet. Be sure you pick up some sliders to move your furniture around. We also liked the fact that we could work at our own pace. We would finish a room and take a couple of days off if we wanted to. The cons: you will see lines. We are okay with that, but I know this product isn’t for everyone. The lines are getting less noticeable over time, but some will always show. We did all the same color, and now I wish we would have put down different shades. If you are going to see the lines, you might just go with it and do a pattern. All in all, we are very happy with the product and FlooringInc.

Tiles work great for my use.

Shipped fast, came in in good condition. Easy to install by a novice. The tiles are self adhesive, but I do recommend some extra carpet tape. Love the look of the finished product!

Over all the carpet is a good quality easy to put down, sticks very good.The only problem i had was when laying them down side by side the edges on some of them where not straight so there was gaps between the planks.If you get the top edge to fit tight the bottom was off.

Extremely easy to install. Feels nice under foot, softer than more expensive brands like Flor. My only complaint was that the yarn didn't go all the way out to the edge of some planks so I wound up discarding them. At this price buying an extra box was worth it though. Way cheaper than other brands.

The carpet looks so nice! It was a fun DIY project. Really glad we could install it ourselves.
