How do you install this on an existing lawn?

You may simply lay these on the ground, just like a rug if you're looking for a temporary installation. However, for a more traditional installation, you may have to clean the ground and then install these mats using a turf adhesive.
Does it come with the cups?

Our 4' x 10' Putting Green Mats come with two flagsticks. These sticks have a cup-like bottom to them that allows the ball to lie.
How deep are the cups? Also, is there any type of padding on the back of the mat?

The 4' x 10' Putting Green Mat has a thin latex backing on it. It is kind of like the backing on carpets. The cups are about ¼” deep.
Does the mat need to be attached to the floor?

The 4' x 10' Putting Green Mats do not necessarily need to be attached to the floor. You may simply place it on the ground free-floating. However, our Turf adhesive can be used for a permanent installation.
will your mat hold up if used outdoors?

Is this perforated for drainage?

The 4' x 10' Putting Green Mats do not come with perforations for drainage. Please see our Putting Green Turf Rolls & Pro Putt Premium Turf Rolls, these are perforated for optimal drainage.

How fast are these greens?

The stimp reading on these mats will vary with installation, much like how it varies on real grass and other artificial grass products. The range will be between 9 to 11. You can speed it up by adding more putting green infill and rolling with a water roller. Depending upon the desired speed, you may also want to slow down the surface by using a power broom to "open up the fibers".

Your options are unlimited! You may choose any of our putting green turfs in any size you need and we will custom cut them for you. Our putting green turfs come in fixed widths but you may choose the length of your choice.
I like the 4' x 10' Putting Green Mats. Do you have same kind format but the size is bigger and have more holes on it?

We offer a large variety of putting green turf rolls that come in fixed widths but custom lengths. Those may suit your needs better. However, they won't come with holes and you may have to make them yourself. We carry all installation accessories except hole maker.
I have a kidney bean shaped area that is raked clean of debris and smooth. Can I just lay the 4 x 10 putting green on top or do I need to put a sand or gravel base? Can I use landscape staples to adhere it to the ground? Where do I buy the flags for the cups?

Yes, you may lay the mat directly on the floor. Yes, you may use staples. We sell a cup & flag kit on our website.
