Can Play Pad 8 be placed underneath indoor play equipment? I have a tile floor and would like to use Play Pad 8 underneath the indoor/outdoor carpet material.

You can use our Play Pad 8 under indoor play equipment. These pads were made to be used under playground equipment outdoors, but can also be used indoors. These pads will help to deaden a child's fall and will help to prevent major injury when at play. The indoor/outdoor carpet will work great over the Play Pads.
Curious if this surfacing system has been tested according to ASTM 1292 protocol and can you provide a certificate?

What type of adhesive would I use to install turf over it?

To adhere the turf to the Play Pad, you can use our 5900 Series adhesive or our Polyurethane adhesive.
