What is the STC rating on this underlayment? I am putting luxury vinyl plank on it and it has a STC of 53. The condo board is requesting a 70 STC.

Our EZ-Floor Foam Underlayment has a STC rating of 66. We do have two other underlayments that have STC ratings above 70. They are our Silent Silver and our Sound Blocker underlays.
can vinyl plank be glued directly to ez-floor , creating a floating floor?

Dry back, glue down vinyl planks can be glued directly to our EZ Floor Underlayment. Interlocking vinyl planks should not be glued.
Is this product low VOC? I need something that will not off-gas any toxic chemicals due to sensitivity. Is it GreenGuard certifiec?

Would you recommend underlayment under Cortec or other vinyl planks?

We absolutely recommend underlayment for use with vinyl planks that do not already have underlayment attached to them. Be sure to check the manufacturer product specs and PDFs to make sure the use of underlay wouldn't void your warranty.
Can the product be use for hardwood floor

Yes it is approved for use with engineered and hardwood floors.
