If the carpet tile is rained on, will that impact the sticky back seal, especially if on cement?

Are they easy to peel back up from cement? Will they leave a glue residue?

These tiles should be relatively easy to remove and leave minimal residue. Any reside left can be removed by rolling between the fingertips or rolling over it with a tennis ball.

Looking for carpet tiles for a covered balcony that is exposed to southwest sun and does get wet with blowing rain/thunderstorms. We are in PA so also have occasional snow. Do the tiles stay wet once rained on? How fast do they drain/dry? Thank you.

There is no set time it takes for these tiles to dry - that will depend on the air temperature and weather conditions. However, these tiles are outdoor approved and suitable for environments where there will be rain and snow.
