Could these be used on a roof deck as the bottom layer against the water membrain?
We wouldn't recommend using our Turf subfloor tiles over a roof deck, especially if it's a rubber roof since these tiles are hard plastic and would create holes in the roof. Please see our soft flex tiles for this purpose which are rubber roof approved.

Yes! These tiles interlock with each other and are super easy to take apart as well.
How do you secure the turf to the tiles?
If you want to attach your turf to our Turf Subfloor Tiles, you can use our double-sided carpet tape or a hook and loop system (aka Velcro) to attach your turf to the subfloor tiles.
Would this be a good solution for underneath the pet-approved turf? Trying to think of a drainage option that won't result in pooling.

Our Turf Subfloor Tiles are a good solution underneath any of our pet turf products and any of our turf products in general. These tiles are perforated to allow your turf to drain properly. So you won't have to worry about any liquids pooling under the turf.
