Are their phthalates in Adura Flex?

The Mannington Adura Flex Vinyl Planks are Floorscore certified, which makes them compliant with stringent indoor air quality emissions. These planks do have phthalates but the amount is microscopic, and they're only present in the backing of the product and not on the surface, so there is no direct exposure.
Is this product waterproof?

While this is not a WPC waterproof core vinyl plank, the vinyl itself will not absorb liquids.
