Does tread match Shaw’s engineered hardwood flooring in range of colors?

These are mean to match Shaw's impact rigid core collection.
Is this water resistant? Would it be suitable for a mud room?

Yes, the Shaw Impact Stair Treadz are water-resistant. This product has a 20mil wear layer which makes it very durable and can withstand medium to heavy traffic. It can be used in the mudroom.
What is the size of the nosing on the treads1 inch or more??

The nosing is 1-11/16", please see the tread dimension image on the product page for dimensions of the entire piece.
