  • All of our 7/8" Martial Arts tiles are in stock and ready to ship via FedEx Ground.
  • Soft tiles typically ship the same day or the next business day and deliver within 2-7 business days depending on your location.
  • An email will automatically be sent to you with your tracking information as soon as your interlocking foam mats ship and your tracking information becomes available.

  • 7/8" thick Martial Arts Mats are easy to maintain. Due to the interlocking tiles being constructed of durable closed cell EVA foam, no liquids can penetrate the surface of the puzzle tiles.
  • If the soft tiles do get something spilled on them or appear dirty, all that is required to clean them is to do a quick wipe of the foam tiles with a damp cloth and your soft tiles will look like new.

Installation of interlocking tiles is very simple and typically done by the consumer. Typical installation of these tiles is as follows:
  • First, clean your sub floor so it is free of all dirt, grease or debris.
  • Start in one corner of the room with a corner tile and add border tiles outward along the adjacent walls. Add center, corner, and border tiles where you see fit.
  • When coming up to an opposite wall, make sure you cut the tiles to fit the area leaving a gap that’s roughly the thickness of the tiles being used to account for expansion and contraction of the floor tiles in varied temperature ranges.
Note: When piecing interlocking tiles together, adhesives are usually not used since the weight of the locked together product is usually enough to keep the floor tiles from moving. However, if you do experience movement and would like to ensure that the tiles do not slide at all, some double-sided tape or mat tape can be used around the perimeter of the installation to prevent any movement.

  • Each tile includes 2 detachable edge pieces allowing any tile to be a border, corner, or center tile.
  • Full color reversible tiles available in 4 total colors.
  • 3'x3' Tile.
  • Latex and allergen free.
  • Great for Martial Arts, Judo, MMA, and any high impact exercises.
  • Note: Removable corner can become a choking hazard.

What Our Satisfied Customers Are Saying

5/5 7/8" Martial Arts Mat
Anonymous from San Diego, CA
Very helpful reps. I needed mats for a wood laminate garage floor. Mats used to practice Jiu Jitsu with a grappling dummy. Shipped quick. Mats were put together easily. I had looked at other mats on Amazon and ebay, good thing I spoke to the rep, the square footage of the mats and their total dimensions when put together are completely different. I had a pretty precise area to cover and these mats can be ordered to fit those dimensions compared to the sets I found elsewhere. 7/8" was perfect for my needs.

Great protection, but low friction
4/5 7/8" Martial Arts Mat
Jay Kreibich from Champagin, IL
We installed a 3x4 (9' x 12') section of these martial art mats in our basement, directly over the polished concrete floor. The adults of the family use them to practice taekwondo. The mats are firm, yet provide substantial protection against jumps, falls, and other martial arts activities, even directly over the concrete. My only concern with the mats is that the surface is smooth and rather low-friction. This has caused minor problems with feet slipping, and major problems with the whole mat shifting when landing a jump kick, or similar activates. To address the mat shifting, we needed to add a high-end carper holder type mesh under the mat to prevent it from shifting and moving. A fair amount of double-sided tape might also work. I'm hoping the top surface will prove less slick as the mats wear a bit. Overall, I'm very happy with the protection provided by the mats, and was able to work out a solution, but wish the surface of the mats had a bit more texture and friction.

These tiles are perfect for me and excellent for probably any martial art. I am a Combat Hapkido guy myself and I love it. Grand Master Pellegrini himself would like these I'm sure.
