When Bowflex came out, I was all about it. I thought man, with this I will never have to go to the gym ever again. Well, as time went on, I realized that I wanted the ability to do other types of exercises. So I decided that it was time for an update. So after doing some research, I came across this product. I was looking for something that was small like the Bowflex but with more options and this fit the bill. It's small enough to fit in the same spot as my old Bowflex, but now I can do a lot more exercises, which is a win for me!

I got this machine so I could cut the chord with the gym. I was tired of having to stop my routine every day, so now I workout at home at my own pace. This machine lets me do all the stuff that I normally did at the gym and then some. I also bought the leg press add-on which allowed me to really work out my legs.
