BodyCraft 400M Treadmill Reviews

I am a runner and have been looking for a good treadmill a great price. I had a gym membership and worked out on a Life Fitness treadmill for years, but I just got tired of having to wait my turn for a treadmill every day. After doing some research, I came across this treadmill. I tried it out at a local store but ended up getting it from RubberFlooringInc since they had a really good deal on it. I don't use all of the programs, but it has a ton, and the cushioning is great. Way better than beating up my joints on concrete or pavement.

I am not a huge runner, but I wanted to just get in shape. Since I do plan over time to progress in my running, I really wanted a treadmill that would grow with me. And this definitely fits the bill. I read a lot of the info. and talked to one of the sales reps and everything sounded right up my alley. It has a ton of programs to choose from, but I only use the quick start and manual stuff. But if you like a lot of programs, this one is great. I also like the cushion the treadmill has. Some treadmill when you walk or run on feel like running on concrete. This def. does not feel like that, which is great on my knees!
