I recently started Cross Fit and one of the things they do every day is row. I really like doing it because it is a full body workout. But in the winter time, it can be difficult to get there, so I decided I might as well get my own. At first, I was a little hesitant to buy one for my home, but after doing some research, I was able to find rowers that were small enough to fit in my home and not take up a ton of space. I really like the fact that this rower folds up. With such a limited space, it was one of my number one priorities. Now I can row even when it's like Armageddon outside. And it doesn't hurt that rubber flooring has great prices.
